If you recall, DeMario Jackson, 37, was accused for the first time publicly of violating the women back in 2022. The plaintiffs, identified as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2 in the lawsuit, claim to both have had separate traumatizing interactions with the reality star and want to be awarded over $500,000 each for their pain and suffering.

One of the women alleges that her assault happened after meeting DeMario Jackson on the dating app Bumble on or around January 2018. She claims that the two started off rocky due to Jackson allegedly pulling his penis out while they sat in his locked vehicle during their first date. After accepting his apology, which the plaintiff claims to have thought was “sincere”, Jane Doe stated that she continued seeing Jackson and picked him up one night after he became overly drunk. After bringing him back to her home, the plaintiff says Jackson forced himself on top of her while she was falling asleep and pinned her to the bed, and raped her, despite her clear refusal of anything sexual.

The second plaintiff claims her assault happened after Jackson invited her to his home around July 2020. Reportedly, the woman says she had a drink of wine with the content creator, specifying that the two were not intoxicated, and agreed to have consensual anal sex as she was menstruating. However, she claims Jackson forcibly penetrated her vagina, shoving her tampon deep into her and causing more bleeding. She wrote in the complaint:
“JACKSON forcefully sexually assaulted me by violently shoving his unprotected p-nis into my unlubricated v-gina while my tampon remained inside me. He proceeded to v-ginally rape me.”
Jackson has maintained his innocence, claiming that he’s not guilty of abusing anyone. The women are reportedly suing for damages related to “issues with a lack of trust, adverse psychological and emotional sequelae, depressive symptoms, anxiety, nervousness, and fear.” In total, the plaintiffs are seeking approximately $503,644.91 each in general damages, which includes $250,000 for Pain, suffering, and inconvenience, plus another $250,000 for emotional distress and $3,644.91 for costs.
