Carrie Underwood Allegedly ‘Furious’ Over Trump Inauguration Performance, Source Claims She Felt She Wasn’t Given The Same Respect As Beyoncé & Lady Gaga

Carrie Underwood is reportedly “furious” about her performance at Donald Trump’s inauguration.

The event, which was moved indoors last minute, led to a technical error causing awkward silence when the music failed to play during her introduction. Carrie quickly adapted, performing “America the Beautiful” a cappella.

Following the event, sources told The Daily Mail that Carrie was upset by the technical issues and the lack of respect she felt was shown to her:

“Carrie was dissatisfied with her performance at the event, primarily due to the limited space she was given, which left her feeling cramped and uncomfortable.”

The source continued,

“Her anxiety was high throughout the performance, and she felt that she was not afforded the same level of respect or admiration that previous performers, such as Beyoncé and Lady Gaga, had received.”

How do you think Carrie adapted? Do you believe she deserved the same praise as Beyoncé or Lady Gaga for their performances at past inaugurations? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
