Xzibit Seeks To Be Legally Single Amid Divorce & Child Support Battle
Xzibit is ready to move on from his wife, Krista Joiner.
According to reports, the rapper recently filed documents in Los Angeles asking to separate his marital status from the rest of the divorce proceedings. By doing this, Xzibit hopes to become a single man again, despite ongoing negotiations over child and spousal support.
Xzibit and Krista have been separated for over four years, and while their trial date is scheduled for next month, Xzibit points out it could still be a long road ahead. His attorneys claim they’ve reached out to Krista multiple times about officially ending their marriage, but have received no response since earlier this month.

This move comes just months after Krista requested an additional $30K per month in spousal support, citing her inability to maintain her previous lifestyle and being forced to leave her $10K per month home during the L.A. wildfires.
