Cassie Testifies She Often Got Very Painful UTIs & Mouth Sores From Diddy’s ‘Freak-Offs’

The latest update from Casandra “Cassie” Ventura’s testimony in the sex trafficking trial against her ex-boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs includes harrowing new details about the physical toll she says the alleged abuse took on her body.

According to statements obtained by Inner City Press journalist Matthew Russell Lee, the 38-year-old singer testified that she often suffered from “very” painful urinary tract infections (UTIs) and mouth sores due to friction from oral sex as a result of participating in what she described as Diddy’s “freak-offs.”

She further testified that anti-bacterial medicine eventually stopped working, and that she regularly felt burning sensations when she continued engaging in sexual activities. Cassie also stated that escorts would often express concern for her after allegedly witnessing abuse by the media mogul, 55.

She recounted an incident where she tried to distance herself from Diddy following an alleged attack at a music festival run by Drake. According to the “Me & U” artist, Diddy traded seats on a flight to sit next to her and threatened to release videos from the freak-offs. Cassie added that, despite her attempt to flee, she participated in another freak-off once they landed to stop Diddy from threatening her.

Cassie’s testimony continues to underscore serious claims of physical and emotional abuse she (allegedly) suffered during her 10-year relationship with Diddy.
