DDG’s Request To Block Halle Bailey From Taking Their Son Out Of The Country Has Been Denied

DDG’s attempt to stop Halle Bailey from traveling overseas with their son for work has been denied.

According to reports, a judge denied DDG’s request for a temporary restraining order, which would’ve blocked Halle from traveling to Italy with their son, Halo.

As we previously reported, DDG filed an emergency motion on June 4 claiming Halle posed an “imminent emotional and psychological risk” to their child. He also asked for sole legal and physical custody of Halo, or at a minimum, for all custody exchanges to be handled by a third party.

Halle responded by filing to deny his request and asked the court for permission to travel for work as planned, which has now been granted. She also requested that the court issue orders preventing DDG, his family, and his friends from posting about her, their son, or the case on any platform.
