Actor Aaron Pierre Reportedly Being Considered As The Next James Bond

Could Aaron Pierre be the next 007?

According to industry insider DanielRPK, the Mufasa: The Lion King voice actor is reportedly one of several names being eyed for the role of James Bond. The rumor has sparked buzz as Amazon MGM Studios takes creative control of the franchise following the departure of longtime producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson.

Pierre has been building momentum with standout roles in Old, Rebel Ridge, and The Underground Railroad. He’s also set to star in The Morning Show on Apple TV+, and will soon suit up as John Stewart in the upcoming Lanterns series for the DCU.

There’s still no word on what the next Bond film will be about, or when it’s coming… but the search for 007 is clearly underway.
