Kodak Black Fights $10.6 Million Lawsuit Over 2022 Super Bowl Party $hooting, Claims He’ The Real Victim
Kodak Black is facing a $10.6 million lawsuit filed by two men, Mark Schaefer and Adam Rahman, who claim they were sh*t alongside the rapper outside a 2022 Super Bowl after-party.
However, Kodak’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, denies the allegations, calling the lawsuit baseless.
“We are not paying them a thing — it’s us who are the victim of a legal assault by these two people,” Cohen said. He explained that Kodak was never properly served with legal documents, which were mistakenly sent to his mother’s old address. Cohen also criticized the plaintiffs’ claims, pointing to surveillance footage that shows Kodak trying to help others during the altercation that led to the sh**ting.
Despite the claims, Cohen argued that the lawsuit is unfair, as Kodak was a victim of the sh**ting and had not initiated any v*olence. Kodak’s legal team is preparing to challenge the case and the $10.6 million demand in court.
