Tyler Perry’s 2nd S3xual A$$ault Accuser Allegedly Asked Him To Cover Medical Expenses Before Filing $77 Million Lawsuit
More is coming out about #TylerPerry and his second s3xual a$$ault accuser, Mario Rodriguez.
Actor Mario Rodriguez, who has recently filed a $77 million s3xual a$$ault and s3xual battery lawsuit against Tyler Perry, allegedly sent text messages to Tyler before initiating the legal action that suggested he was asking the filmmaker for money. The texts, which were obtained by TMZ and are purportedly from August 31, show Mario telling Tyler he wasn’t feeling well and was concerned about his health, admitting he didn’t “have any insurance.” Mario added, “I know I promised you I would never ask you for anything, but if it is what I think it is, I don’t think I could do it on my own because I barely pay my bills. Scared af. I don’t want to get sepsis like my dad and pass away.”
While it’s unclear whether Tyler helped Mario with medical expenses, an earlier text exchange allegedly between them from 2024 reportedly shows Mario thanking Tyler and expressing affection. At one point, he allegedly texted, “Just know that I love you and I thank you for everything. I appreciate you to the moon. You got my Mexican a* out of a lot of bad places, and I just wanna tell you thank you.”*
Mario filed his lawsuit last week, claiming Tyler made unwanted advances toward him, including an allegation that the media mogul once “grabbed his p3nis.” Tyler’s legal team has since called the suit a “money grab scam.”
