[Audio] Erica Mena Admits Dating DJ Envy, While He Was Married: ‘I Left DJ Envy for Rich Dollaz’

Hands down, whether or not you’re a fan of Erica Mena, she’s been one of the most talked about cast members from this season of Love & Hip Hop (NY). On screen, we’ve watched the extreme sides of both parts of her personalities–one moment, she’s partying it up or working in the studio, and the other moment, she’s yelling on the corner at her on-again-off-again industry boyfriend, Rich Dollaz. And off screen, she keeps us talking with entertaining antics–like taking her talents (and doughnuts) up to confront radio personality Angela Yee, or getting into a scuffle at a nail salon (over who knows what). Plus, over the weekend, there were a few photos of her showing off either a gut (hell, most of us have ’em without spanx) or baby bump–while taking Patron shots (sounds and looks like a publicity stunt…but who knows). Recently, she caught up with our good friends over at I Am Super Gorge, chatting about all the above–and even addressing rumors that radio personality DJ Envy had an affair on his wife with Erica and talks of her writing her own book. Relationship status with Rich Dollaz:

Right now we are kind of taking a break. Me and Rich have been overwhelmed and consumed by this bullsh*t about work and it just been a lot. It’s not like we’re over and done with but we decided to kind of take it easy, in the sense of focusing on work more. We’re so passionate about work that it kind of conflicts with our relationship a little bit. So right now the main focus is work.

Rumors That She Use to Date ‘The Breakfast Club’s’ DJ Envy:

In regards to the DJ Envy thing, I know that people have been calling me a home wrecker. You can’t break a home that’s already broken. At the end of the day, whatever happened with him and his marriage it definitely has nothing to do with me. I believe that in time people will kind of get a better understanding. Because my book will be explaining it all and it drops in April. You guys get to get the full situation about me and Dj Envy.  Like I said, you can’t break a home that’s already broken.

The Physical Altercation That Allegedly Happened At a NYC Nail Salon:

Long story short, I was approached by Rich. It’s no secret women are attracted to me. I have a thing where the ladies are secretly attracted to me.  I’m definitely not shy about my sexuality and I think Rich came to the realization with that. It kind of spiraled out of control. Just to clear up the air, I wasn’t fighting over a guy. In fact the fight was over a female claiming to have slept with me.

Rumors That She’s Pregnant:

I would rather keep people in suspense, but you guys will be surprised at the final answer. I’m real excited.

Plans to Hit the Big Screen:

I’m going to start shooting a movie in Toronto for about two weeks. I’m playing a female boxer.
