Impressed or Disappointed :: Young Jeezy’s Album Projections

It’s been exactly a week since the release of Young Jeezy’s fourth studio album, Thug Motivation 103 dropped and it seems the album is doing as well as expected, especially considering it leaked a week before it’s release. The album was estimated to sell between 200-225k according to Hits Daily Double. But thanks to Michael Bubble’s “Christmas” album and of course Adele‘s “21” TM 103 just missed the #1 album in the country spot. Bubble’s album is expected to sell between 400,00-450,000 copies and Adele 375,000-400,000 by the end of this week. And Jeezy is expected to make the 250,000 mark putting him in the #3 spot. Jeezy’s last album, The Recession, debuted at No.1 in 2008 with 260,000 sales it’s first week. Guess the stakes have been raised. Are we impressed or disappointed with the projections?
