Damn, Y’all Feel That :: D’Angelo Falls Off Stage Before Second Show

37-year-old 90s R&B singer Michael Eugene Archer, stage name D’Angelo, had been missing from the scene for about 10 years. But the singer has recently re-emerged, with a come-back tour, which he’s titled the “D-Tour.” We posted footage of his first performane, which we thought went pretty well. But maybe we spoke too soon. D’Angelo is having some physical difficulties with performing already. He was set to perform again on Monday evening, in Amsterdam, but 20 minutes after the venue doors were supposed to open, the line of fans outside was informed that D’Angelo would be unable to perform, since he’d fallen off the stage the day before. According to a source,
“The doors were supposed to open at 7[PM]. There were a couple hundred people waiting in line. They opened the doors to the venue at about [7:20PM] and a few guys from the venue — bouncers I guess — came outside and informed the crowd that D’Angelo had fallen from the stage last night, and will not be performing tonight.”
We hope that it was nothing serious and we’re confident that he’ll be able to make it up to his fans with a great performance on February 2nd, which is the date he picked to reschedule the show.
