K.Michelle Calls Karlie Redd A Clown, Explains Why She Lost Respect for Toya Wright
Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta reality star K. Michelle called in to Columbus’ Power Morning Crew to talk about the show, her beef with Karlie Redd, and how she now feels about her ex-boyfriend Memphitz and his wife Toya Wright. Peep a few excerpts:
On her beef with Karlie Redd:
I don’t hate any one but I strongly dislike her. She’s ridiculous and a constant liar, like she will lie about the color of her panties. I know everbody has a role to play in the show and her’s is to be the clown. She’s just done too much and honestly the girl is super, super old. There’s nothing else she can do, no education to fall back on. So she really goes ham trying to do something on TV and you can see on the epidsode from last night I don’t take her serious, so I’m gonna always crack jokes. I can’t have a woman to woman conversation with a bird.

On why she makes jokes about the her past situation with Memphitz:
I’m always gonna laugh at that. That was a dark place in my life and when I told my story it wasn’t to bash him. It wasn’t neccesary for me to go back and forth. You know when the media is coming at you I think the best way to deal with it is to ignore a lot of things. But I embrace everything with laughter because a lot of my life was spent crying, so now I just think you know what you just gotta crack jokes and laugh about things. I don’t speak to him and don’t plan on it and truthfully I don’t wish him anything bad. I’m just trying to deal with what I was left with.
On losing respect for Toya Wright:
I haven’t had any run-ins with her. I’ve really had a lot of respect for Toya, but when you start to bash another woman that you’ve never seen, then you lose my respect. I’m really proud of everything that she’s accomplished but I can do without the constant jabs and talking bad about a woman you’ve never seen in your life.

I just want to understand why K. Michelle thinks she is more relevant than Karlie Reed. Both are pretty much clowns and until K. Michelle understands that fifty different hair styles is confusing and does not help her brand, she will forever be singing around the local clubs and without a record deal. You are too country and ghetto to be able to handle a record deal and offer nothing that you can’t hear at any black church on Sunday. Karlie has no talent at all but realizes where her strength lies.. in her looks and her abilities in the bedroom. Two clowns if you ask me.
