President Obama Shows Michael Phelps Twitter Love After Olympic Win

27-year-old Michael Phelps has made Olympic history. Tuesday, his silver medal in the 200-meter butterfly, and gold with his teammates in the 4×200 freestyle relay, landed him his 19th Olympic medal. This win surpassed former Soviet gymnast Larisa Latynina for earning the most of all time. After Phelps’ win, President Obama sent out a congratulatory tweet:
