Solange Knowles Defends Obama, Argues With Donald Trump: ‘Have A Seat!’
It’s no secret. Mr. Donald Trump is not a fan of President Barack Obama or his re-election. Last week, he released a video and conducted a press conference, asking for the president’s college transcripts to be released, in exchange for a hefty donation. And since Hurricane Sandy hit, Trump has remained vocal as to why Obama should not be re-elected, using the recent storm as an example. On twitter, he wrote:
Hurricane is good luck for Obama again- he will buy the election by handing out billions of dollars. Not only giving out money, but Obama will be seen today standing in water and rain like he is a real President — don’t fall for it. Because of the hurricane, I am extending my 5 million dollar offer for President Obama’s favorite charity until 12PM on Thursday.
Meanwhile, a few folk, like singer Solange Knowles couldn’t disagree more. Apparently, she caught wind of his tweets and responded.
Have one. A seat. Any seat. Since when is a hurricane good luck for anyone? How insensitive to say regarding a time with so much distress and agony.
