Looky, look! 26-year-old Miguel is staying in tip-top-ab-shape. After a work-out, Miguel stuntin’ a few muscels for twitter. Rumor has it  that although he’s currently touring with Trey Songz, he’s gearing up to hit tour with Alicia Keys at the top of 2013. Dates have not yet been released.
