“Cash Me Outside” Star’s Mom Sued Over Credit Card Debt
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Danielle Bregoli (aka “Cash Me Outside”) has been attempting to profit off her new-found notoriety from her appearance on The Dr. Phil Show, but the viral star may have to hand over some of her profits to her mom, who is being slapped with a $7k lawsuit over unpaid credit card debt. On June 15th, American Express filed suit against Danielle’s mother, Barbara Bregoli, accusing her of refusing to pay her credit card debt.
The company explains Barbara owes a total of $7,673.35 on her credit card, that she refused to pay since April 14th, 2017 — despite demands for payment from the card company.
American Express filed suit against Barbara on claims of unjust enrichment and money lent.
The company demands the full amount due plus interest owed on the balance. Danielle’s mother has yet to respond to the lawsuit filed in Florida court.
The lawsuit is the latest in a string of legal troubles for the viral star & her mother, with an alleged assault victim suing Barbara over a beat-down by Danielle and friends. The pair are also suing their former business partners for $1 million dollars over a phone app deal gone wrong.
