EXCLUSIVE: Phaedra Parks – No Kid Prison Visits For Ex Apollo Nida
Phaedra Parks & Apollo Nida’s Kids Won’t Do Prison Visits
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks has reached a settlement in her nasty divorce with ex-husband Apollo Nida, but the reality star did not agree to let her child’s father see their 2 kids while he is locked up in jail. In fact, the deal only agrees that he will receive weekly calls.
Phaedra and Apollo have been battling it out in court for nearly a year, with each trying to divorce the other first and both parties throwing accusations against the other over custody, support and assets.
Earlier this month, docs were filed explaining Phaedra and Apollo have reached a settlement and agreed to enforce their 2009 premarital agreement that covers alimony, division of assets and debts, which Apollo had been attempting to contest for months.
Each party will be awarded their own bank accounts, investments, retirement accounts, businesses, real property and any other property in their name. Further, they each will be awarded their respective clothing, shoes and other personal effects.
The two agreed to a parenting plan for their 2 sons, where they will share joint legal custody and Phaedra has agreed to try and work with Apollo on parenting decisions, despite him being behind bars.
Apollo will receive weekly telephone calls from his kids, but the order does not force Phaedra to bring their kids to the prison.
She will retain the right to establish the primary residency for the kids. Per their agreement, Apollo dismissed all claims against his ex-wife and the case was closed.

I wouldn’t take my kids to a prison either. I have always agreed with Phaedra about that. If Apollo wanted to be a full time father, he would have stayed out of jail.
