In fashion news (sorta) while out to dinner, Bey rocked some tiny shorts that the gossip world was intrigued by. I found the shorts over at Zimbio. Apparently, what makes it hotter is that she rocked them (shorts and all) in Chanel. So, I guess everyone’s rocking tiny shorts this summer now? (Photo Credit)
