To Shave or Not to Shave in the Celeb World

The NYTimes has an interesting article on our whole perspective on something that some women dread–SHAVING. Whether its your arms or legs, women seem to have a very strong opinion about what’s appropriate in public. As you’ll recall, comedian Mo’Nique is vocal about not shaving. In a recent interview, she referred to unshaven legs as, “a black woman’s thing.”

According to this article, occasional unshaved legs just isn’t a “black thing.” Celine Dione sported hairy legs during a performance in Tokyo. Thing is, I don’t recall ppl making such a fuss over it. Peep the article for more.
