Toya expands on why she’s keeping the Carter name for now: “I’m glad you asked that because I get that a lot about my last name. To me what’s the big deal with the last name? My daughter is a Carter, it’s not because I’m all attached to Wayne, but we were married and that was my last name.     I agree..who cares? Many women that were married to “regular” dudes and had babies opt to keep the last name. They only make a big deal out of hers because he’s lil wayne with his ugly azz
