Although Rick Ross has tweeted a self-congratulatory about Teflon Don being the #1 album in the country, Billboard cites him as #2. 
A week ago, industry heads predicted that Ross’ album would take Em’s #1 spot. According to Nielson Sound Scan, Em’s Recovery has made the #1 spot for 5 weeks. Teflon Don is #2, selling 176K.
