Venus Williams shocked U.S. Open fans with her vajazzled-fish-net (minus the black pantyhose) tennis outfit. Throughout her match to her opponent, Shahar Peer, she seemed to be tugging at the dress. 

 

Venus explained her outfit selection to fans: ‘So far this year my outfits have been based on the cities that I play in. This outfit was supposed to be about New York. It’s like bursts of fireworks.’
