Compliments of my favorite Bmore promoters, Trix and Zeke, here are some photos of Ne-Yo celebrating  his upcoming album, Libra Scale, which drops October 19th at Baltimore’s Eden’s Lounge. The previous day, Ne-Yo celebrated at DC’s popular club, Josephine’s. The event was sponsored by Moet.
