[UPDATED] Thug Life :: George Clooney Arrested in Washington + Calls His Mama

Friday morning, actor George Clooney, along with a number of other protestors, were arrested in Washington, DC at the Sundanese Embassy. Martin Luther King III, Clooney’s father and other well-known folk were also involved in the demonstration. Clooney told journalist MSNBC’s Ann Curry:

“I’m just trying to raise attention.. Let your Congress know, let your president know….It’s actually a humiliating thing to be arrested no matter what you do, but I’m glad to be standing here with my father.”
