TV One has set a premiere date for season 2 of the popular reality series R& B Divas Atlanta. The hit show which follows singers Faith Evans, Monifah Carter, Syleena Johnson, Keke Wyatt and Nicci Gilbert, will return just in time for summer on Wednesday, May 1st. To kick off the new season, the network is planning ‘Destination Divas’ beginning April, which will air a mix of concert specials, music videos, sitcoms and repeats of the first season. They will also introduce the two newest Atlanta cast members LaTocha Scott, Angie Stone and members of the spinoff, R & B Divas: LA will also appear on the upcoming specials.

Fox’s animated Family Guy spinoff (‘The Cleveland Show’) is rumored to be facing cancellation. The show began airing in 2009 and is voiced by popular actors Sanaa Lathan, Reagan Gomez-Preston and creator Seth MacFarlane (who hosted this years Oscars). Reportedly, ratings have been low for sometime but the cast has plenty to keep themselves busy in the mean time until there is an official announcement. Sanaa will be working on the long awaited sequel ‘The Best Man Holiday’ co-starring all of the original cast members including Morris Chestnut, Taye Diggs, Nia Long, and Terrance Howard.Reagan recently launched a webseries, ‘Almost Home’ co-starring Denyce Lawton ( Tyler Perry’s House of Payne) and Jackie Long (ATL). The Cleveland Show has a whose who of celebrity ‘guest’ appearances including rappers Kanye West,Kid Cudi, Nicki Minaj actress/comedienne Kym Whitley, Will.i.am. and Fergie of The Black Eyed Peas, singer Bruno Mars, ?uestlove of The Roots and Oscar nominee Taraji P. Henson have lent their voices to the show.
