She later tweeted that her referring to herself as the King of New York, was simply a joke…but Mr. Carter holds the title:

By the way, if you’re wondering why Minaj felt absolutely comfortable baring all types of skin for her Halloween costume, it has everything to do with her doing exactly what she wants to do, with no regard of what the world may think.
