[EXCLUSIVE] Company Hits Lil Wayne Hit With $1 Million Lawsuit Over Unpaid Bill
The company then filed docs on September 4th in which they accused him and his label of disregarding the lawsuit, despite both being served with the court papers.
The company explains they served Lil Wayne with the legal docs back on July 31st at a Hollywood Hills mansion, but he has not filed a response in the case.
Signature Group is demanding the court enter a default against Lil Wayne and his record company. They also want the judge in the case to award them the $1 million.
