NBA Baller Dwyane Wade Fined for Middle Finger, After Fans Taunt Him About Wife Gabrielle Union
Giving a few NBA ticket holders the middle finger, has cost Dwyane Wade $15,000. The Miami Heat player was recently fined by the NBA for making the gesture to a few heckling fans, this week during their game vs Charlotte.
Wade has reportedly asked the NBA to improve the ways it protects players from rude and unruly of fans. In fact, he’s made the request during the league’s brief investigation of his incident. He told the Associated Press:
The NBA is an unbelievable league, and I’m one of the first ones to be doing NBA Cares and all these things in the community, but they need to protect us a little more. They need to do a better job of protecting players in the arena. It’s open game on us. We’re big boys, we can take

He is absolutely right. Those fans should have been ejected from the game. He should have notified the ref and not thrown the middle finger. The NBA needs to make some kind of disclosure letting ticket holders know they will not tolerate harassment of players. If you do, you will be removed from the stadium. They probably were fans of the other team either trying to throw his game off with those comments, hoping we go off and get ejected or assault them, so they can sue him.
