(EXCLUSIVE) NBA Baller Carlos Boozer’s Estranged Wife Drags Alleged Mistress Into Divorce
According to court docs, Boozer said that his wife scored a sweet settlement in the first divorce agreement. He explained, per the deal, he was to make certain payments monthly for her and their children. However, the deal stated that if they were to get re-married he wouldn’t be required to make those payments.
Carlos demanded that the assets in the marriage be divided unequally … with him receiving more of their property and assets than Cindy. Then he changed his mind on the division of their martial property …. stating that he wants an unequal division – with him receiving more of the assets they acquired during their marriage.
The divorce has been nasty with both sides fighting each other over custody and support of their kids.
Cindy filed docs in the case in which she explains she will be deposing an alleged mistress of her husband named Aneshka Smith, who online blogs have labeled as Carlos’ side chick for years. Cindy explains she will be taking Amesha’s deposition, which means she will be grilling the woman under oath about her relationship with Carlos and if they had sex during the time he was married. The divorce doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon and the case is still pending in Florida Court. See the exclusive court docs.
