theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Jameis Winston’s rape accuser is demanding the #1 NFL draft pick NOT be allowed to move her legal battle – accusing him of sexual assault and false imprisonment – to the court near Florida State University, claiming the jury would be biased in favor of the football star due to him helping the school win the Heisman Trophy.
theJasmineBRAND.com has obtained the exclusive court docs, showing that Erica Kinsman filed a federal lawsuit against the former Florida State University star quarterback. The woman accused the football star of sexual assaulting her 2 years prior while off campus. The lawsuit claimed Winston not only assaulted her but committed sexual battery, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress back in December 2012.
Kinsman reported the alleged rape to the University but following multiple investigations no charges were brought against Winston. Both the State’s Attorney and FSU decided not to charge or discipline Winston due to lack of evidence. He has always maintained the sexual encounter was consensual.
