theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Damon Dash’s ex-wife is blasting his $2.5 million dollar lawsuit accusing her of stealing money from him via the fashion company they launched and says his complaint is a bunch of baseless allegations he can’t even prove. She’s demanding that the suit be thrown out of court.

Dash filed a $2.5 million dollar lawsuit against his ex-wife Rachel Roy earlier this year, accusing her of screwing him out of his share of profits for 2 fashion companies they owned.

He claimed that Rachel and him were majority owners of 2 fashion companies – Royale Etenia and Topson Downs. Dash explained that per the deal, he owned 50% of the companies. However, he said that his ex-wife breached their deal by failing to report the accounting for the companies along with refusing to pay him his cut of sales.
