Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez Announce Divorce After 2 Years of Marriage

According to TMZ, Berry made the filing and the two have a prenup. A source tells the site,

The expectation on Halle’s part is for a quick, non-contentious divorce. The marriage unraveled in the past week after they hit a ‘breaking point’.

This is Berry’s third marriage. She was married to David Justice from 1993–97, Eric Benét from 2001–05 and married Martinez in 2013. She has a daughter by model Gabriel Aubry.
