We can add Kerry Washington to our list of bounce-back-queens! This week, the Scandal actress made her first public appearance at the Ambassadors for Humanity Gala Benefitting USC event in LA. Less than 2 months ago, Kerry gave birth to her second child, Caleb Kelechi Asomugha, with her husband.
