Drake Drops “In My Feelings” Video Featuring LaLa Anthony, Phylicia Rashad, Shiggy & More

After weeks of hype surrounding the single and a viral dance challenge shooting it to the top spot on the Billboard charts, Drake‘s “In My Feelings” finally has a music video. As expected, it didn’t disappoint.

The video was shot on location in New Orleans. Part of the video was shot during 4th of July weekend and remaining parts shot a week later. The video was directed by Karena Evans, who also shot the visuals for “God’s Plan”, “Nice for What” and “I’m Upset.”

Drake flexes his acting chops in “In My Feelings.” He portrays a New Orleans man, gold teeth and all, vying for the affection of KiKi, played by LaLa Anthony. Phylicia Rashad, Shiggy and Resha of City Girls also make cameos in the video.

The video stays very true to New Orleans culture, flashing various parts of the city in between shots and paying tribute to the dances and people in the community.
