1st Look: Tamar Braxton Says ‘Braxton Family Values’ Turned Family Into A Shenanigan, Toni Braxton Disappointed In Tamar [VIDEO]

The feud between the Braxton family has been well documented through their WE tv series, Braxton Family Values. Since the shows original airing in 2011, the Braxton ladies have earned six seasons under their belt, but as the trials and tribulations have been on display – on and off screen – the sisters have come to a unanimous decision to seek family counseling for their troubling issues. theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reported in August that the host of OWN’s ‘Iyanla: Fix My Life,’ Iyanla Vanzant, had been asked to participate in mending the broken relationship among the sisters and their parents. News about Vanzant’s appearance followed after Toni, Tamar, Trina and Towanda Braxton quit their family centered reality show.

theJasmineBRAND.com also exclusively reported details about when the show could potentially air. Sources tell us the episode is slated to air as a two-part season finale for Braxton Family Values. With the finale steadily on its way, previews of the therapy session have been revealed. In one particular scene, Vanzant and Toni are having an exchange about Toni’s sister, Tamar. Within the discussion, Toni expresses how she wishes her sister would be different and less theatrical.

Toni confessed,

I wish my sister could narrate without all the expressions.

When asked by Vanzant if Toni thinks the issue has to do with Tamar putting on a “performance” Toni responded,

No, it’s the person. That’s from infancy.

As Vanzant tries to breakdown the root issue of Toni’s sentiments, Vanzant asks her how she feels when she sees her sister “acting out.” Toni revealed,

I feel disappointed that she has to be animated to express herself.

As Vanzant digs a little deeper, she seemingly puts Tamar’s actions into perspective, and Toni then begins to realize how it might feel if the shoe was on the other foot.

The clip also shows Traci discussing with Vanzant about when her sisters and mother walked out on production and quit the show. Traci also discusses when Tamar called her a traitor for continuing to film for the reality show.
