EXCLUSIVE: Deion Sanders Ex Wife Pilar Suing Over Nasty Car Crash Involving Herself & Their Son
theJasmineBRAND exclusively Deion Sanders ex-wife and son were involved in a nasty car crash that left with them severe injuries, and now the drivers who allegedly caused it have been slapped with a lawsuit.
Pilar Sanders, Deion’s ex-wife, filed suit on behalf of their son Shilo Sanders against Devonn McGary and Richard Aguillar.
Pilar claims that on July 12, 2016, she was traveling in her car when Aguillar failed to control his speed and struck her car. She says McGary then failed to stop in time striking Aguillar’s car causing his car to hit her car again. She claims the defendant’s failure to control speed caused severe property and physical damage to her and her son who are still suffering.
She accuses the other drivers of failing to timely apply brakes, maintaining a proper lookout, use due caution, turning the car to avoid a collision, take proper precautions and for following too closely along with causing a collision that resulted in serious injuries.
Pilar is demanding damages over $100k but less than $200k.
