Ella Mai is 2 for 2 when it comes to catchy songs that people can’t get over. The English singer/songwriter has just released the video for her second hit single, “Trip” and she’s picking up right where “Boo’d Up” left off.

The “Trip” video is pretty simple. There are no cameos, no superstars, just Ella Mai in all of her glory. Which is great, because sometimes a great song just has to rely on itself.

Ella Mai has been having a great year. Besides the super success of “Boo’d Up” and embarking on a new tour, the 23 year old singer has also been nominated for an American Music Award for Favorite Female Artist Soul/R&B.
