New Details Released Involving New England Patriots Owner Robert Kraft, Paid $100 For Oral Sex
New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is among 25 individuals charged with allegedly soliciting prostitution at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida which was part of a crackdown on sex trafficking in the local area. Authorities announced that the Kraft, 77, visited a Florida massage parlor for sex acts on the morning of the AFC Championship Game (Jan. 20th), which he attended in Kansas City later that same day.
On Monday, reports from the Palm Beach State Attorney’s Office mentioned prior to the championship game, this was the owners second visit to the parlor in less than 24 hours.
The documents say Kraft arrived at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in a chauffeured 2015 blue Bentley at 11 a.m. on January 20, 2019. He was spotted on surveillance receiving oral and manual sex from a woman at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter. Officials say after a total of 14 minutes, he gave her a $100 bill and another bill before leaving at approximately 11:15 a.m. Kraft then headed to the AFC Championship Game against the host of the game, Kansas City Chiefs, which was scheduled for kick-off at 6:40 p.m. ET.
Palm Beach County State Attorney, Dave Aronberg announced that the prosecutors are charging the billionaire, Kraft with two first-degree misdemeanor counts, which both charges carry a maximum penalty up to one year in jail, a mandatory $5,000 fine, 100 mandatory hours of community service.
“The charges begin the court process with local defendants being mailed a summons to appear in court. Out-of-county defendants will have a capias issued, which is essentially a low-level warrant, and will have to either surrender or have an attorney contact law enforcement to satisfy the warrant.”
Kraft is due in court under the misdemeanor charges in late April, according to reports.
“Patriots’ owner Rober Kraft’s court date for 1st-degree misdemeanor solicitation charges is April 24th.”

As reported, in a statement Friday when the news of the charges were first announced, a spokesperson for Kraft and the Patriots said,
“We categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity. Because it is a judicial matter, we will not be commenting further.”
