Congratulations may be in order for Peter Thomas. According to a recent social media post, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member may have gotten married to his girlfriend Toni Scott. Based on the photo and caption, it looks like they not only obtained a marriage license on Friday, April 12, but also had witnesses. Standing in front of a sign that read Marriage Licenses Notary Oaths Vital Records, Peter captioned the post:
