Popular fast food chain Jack In The Box is finding out that celebrity power and influence goes a long way—especially if you’re none other than Kim Kardashian. The reality star/beauty mogul/future attorney recently called out the fast food favorite for something inappropriate, but no one knows exactly why.
Kim Kardashian has hundreds of millions of followers across all social media platforms, which means that whatever she posts on social media gets massive attention in mere seconds. This was exactly the case when she recently tweeted out an issue with fast food chain, Jack In The Box, causing the company to promptly respond to her complaint on Twitter.
Kim’s initial tweet read:
“Hey, Jack In The Box I have a serious complaint but I won’t fully put you on blast, check your corporate email inbox or send me a DM with direct person for my team to contact. Pronto!”
Jack In The Box responded a little over 20 minutes later with this:
“Hi Kim, we are unable to DM you. Please send us a DM with how we can get in touch with your team & someone will reach out immediately.”
To provide a bit more clarity on her issue with the company, Kim briefly explained that the issue wasn’t about her personally, but about something that affected other customers:
“I would like to add that this is not about me or a wrong order. Nobody recognized me and it’s something that I observed that affected other customers at this particular location that was concerning.”
At press time, no other details have come out regarding what got Kim so upset that she had to tweet Jack In The Box for a resolution…but it will likely be revealed at some point.
