Reggie Bush Calls For Change Following Police Traumatizing Pregnant Woman Over Stolen Doll
On Friday, former NFL player Reggie Bush shared a viral video of police officers arresting a woman who’s young child allegedly stole a Barbie doll out of a store. In the video, cops are seen screaming commands with a few F-bombs, as two officers approached the woman’s vehicle with guns drawn. Bush, 34, was taken back by the force the cops used over a minor issue. Posting the video he writes,
“You would think they are yelling at a terrorist, walking up to her with his finger in her face! This is all over a Barbie Doll? An unarmed young black girl with her baby in her hands I can’t imagine how traumatizing that must have been for her and her daughter!”

He continues his stance, while explaining his decision to retire from professional football and his fight for change with police brutality. He says in a video,
“I am not a football player anymore, so if you follow me because you thought you was going to get some football stuff or just some sports related stuff then you followed the wrong guy.”
Bush adds,
“I’m very passionate about a lot of things that go on right now and one of those things being police brutality and the way they deal with people of color.”

Bush calls for change following more reports of victims of police brutality.
”It’s a lot of things that need to be changed, I think we need a change in leadership, or whatever it is. But we have to figure out solutions very fast because we got people dying in these streets for nothing.”
In support of his message, actor and fellow former NFL player, Terry Crews writes,
”WHEN THE GAME ENDS, LIFE BEGINS.”

Singer Tank gives Bush an encouraging word writing,
”Speaking first hand.. Keep going bro..”
Since his retirement in December 2017, Bush was recently inducted into the New Orleans Saints Hall of Fame. He posted a few photos with his wife Litlit Bush. He says during his introduction,
“Thank you guys for being so gracious to me and my family. This is truly home away from home for me and I’ll always have a spot in my heart for the city of New Orleans. Thank you.”
