Surveillance Footage Shows A$AP Rocky’s Bodyguard Bodyslamming Victim
The Sweden vs A$AP Rocky debacle gets more and more complicated by the day. Surveillance footage from the outdoor area where the New York rapper and his crew were involved in a Swedish brawl has leaked, and the new evidence is shocking.

The victim of the case, a man named Mustafa Jafari, is shown being choked and body-slammed by Rocky’s bodyguard. The footage is allegedly of the moments prior to Mustafa throwing punches at the bodyguard. The victim claimed that he thought he was going to die during the altercation.

However, prosecutors previously announced that both Mustafa Jafari and A$AP Rocky’s bodyguard were not being charged in the case, while Rocky awaits trial in a Swedish prison. This has prompted an outpouring of support from the hip-hop community, including Kanye West. He reportedly used his presidential connections to try to get his fellow rapper freed. Donald Trump commented on the case.

In the meantime, A$AP Rocky has plead not guilty in the case, citing how the victim and his friends followed and taunted him and his crew on the Swedish streets. He is scheduled to be cross-examined in court tomorrow (8/1/19). The charges carry a maximum sentence of two years in prison if A$AP Rocky is convicted.
