Actress Who Purchased Billboard for Tyler Perry’s Attention Lands Role On His Newest Show
Dreams do come true! Determined actress Racquel Bailey shocked the world and Tyler Perry when she bought a billboard in Atlanta to catch his attention. The billboard read:
“ATTENTION MR. PERRY
RACQUEL BAILEY IS YOUR NEXT LEADING LADY”
Unfortunately, the award-winning Hollywood favorite didn’t take very kindly to Racquel’s gesture. He told the actress to save her money towards investing in her craft instead of posing a security threat towards him.

But, despite his warning, Tyler Perry blessed Racquel Bailey with the chance of a lifetime! According to sources, not only did she land an audition – she was contacted by multiple casting directors and scored a role on Tyler Perry’s new show, “Sistas!” Racquel’s role is a police officer who is also the ex-girlfriend of one of the lead characters. Tyler even directed an episode she taped for!

“Sistas” stars KJ Smith, Ebony Obsidian, Mignon Von and Novi Brown. The series is set to premiere in 2020.
Congratulations, Racquel Bailey!
