Rihanna Fans Are Losing Their Minds Waiting For R9 Album To Drop Before 2020

Rihanna has some explaining to do! The singer turned beauty mogul has yet to drop her highly anticipated ninth studio album this year which she previously said would be released in 2019. Fast forward to the last day of the year (Dec. 31st), fans are starting to question whether Rihanna will release new music by the end 2019. Their fandemonium was fueled by a recent tweet by Def Jam Records last week (Dec. 26th), dropping a subliminal tweet of the singer making the Roc Nation symbol.

Throughout the year, Rihanna has continued to troll her Navy fans with the unpredictable release of her ninth album. She was asked on a red carpet in September when did she plan to release R9. Rihanna took a moment to play along and responded,

“Who sent you?”

This past summer, Rihanna first took her album trolling to social media sharing a viral moment from the reality show ‘Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta,’ were Karlie Redd calls out a cast member for telling lies. She wrote in July,

“Nobody:

Me: Album coming in 2019

Navy in July:”

Earlier this month, the Fenty Beauty mogul reposted a viral video of a adorable puppy dancing to House of Pain’s ‘Jump Around,’ hit. In her album update she wrote,

“Update: me listening to R9 by myself and refusing to release it.”

Now, the Navy is done with the hilarious teasers and ready for the real thing. Fans took to the singers comments demanding answers. On follower wrote,

“Please don’t do this to us.”

Another wrote,

“U lie.”
