Brandy Delays New Music: I Feel Like It’s Better To Postpone It & Give It The Proper Set Up That It Needs
The coronavirus has ruined plans for many of us and 41-year-old American singer/actress Brandy is the latest to feel its canceling effects. On Thursday (March 26) the Grammy award-winning singer took to Instagram to offer her fans some words of encouragement and provide them with an update regarding her new single.
“I just encourage everybody out there to stay positive, stay safe, keep the faith. With faith, and with prayer, and with sticking together, we can make it through any storm.”

Brandy then goes on to inform her fans that she has decided to postpone the release of her new song that features fellow Grammy award-winning hip-hop artist Chance the Rapper.
“Due to it being a tough time, I would like to postpone the single I was going to release on Friday called Baby-Mama featuring Chance The Rapper. I feel like with the uncertainties that we have going on in this world I feel like it’s better to postpone [my single] and give it the proper set up that it needs.”
Even though there will be no new music from Brandy this week, she didn’t fully leave her fans hanging and uploaded a 30-second video online teasing some new music.
