Mother-Daughter duo Jada Pinkett Smith and Willow Smith were seen doing some intense home workouts ahead of Mother’s Day weekend. Jada Pinkett Smith posted the clip to her Instagram page Thursday (May 7). In the clip, Jada Pinkett Smith and Willow Smith are seen doing some ab crunches while using heavy books to help with upper body and lower body strength. See the clip below.

In April, Jada Pinkett Smith created an innovative way to keep up her physical health and shared it with followers on Instagram. By laying on a towel and using her arms to pull her forward, Jada focused on strengthening her biceps.
