Kevin Hart On His Wife Taking Him Back After Cheating: She Held Me Accountable, She’s The Strongest Person In The World

Comedian Kevin Hart and his wife, Eniko Hart, tied the knot in 2016 and have been a couple since 2009 – but their love story has come with many publicized ups and downs. In 2017, Kevin Hart was caught in a cheating scandal in which he was accused of being in a sex tape with a model. At the time, Eniko Hart was in the last stages of her pregnancy with their son, Kenzo.

As discussed in his Netflix documentary, “Don’t F*ck This Up,” Kevin Hart believes the leaked sex tape was an attempt at extortion. He publicly apologized to Eniko Hart in an Instagram video.

The “Jumanji” star recently opened up in an interview with the “School of Greatness Podcast” about why Eniko stayed with him after his infidelity. Kevin said:

“She came to an amazing conclusion of, ‘I like the fact that we have a family, that we have a household, and I like the fact that we now got a job to do to get better. That’s what you owe me. You owe me the get-better.’ And she held me accountable.”

He continued:

“It wasn’t a walk in the park, but it was her understanding that we don’t let the outside world affect our inside, and I credit her for setting that tone…[she’s] the strongest person in the world.”

In 2018, he applauded Eniko’s undying support:

“Our marriage has been put to the test. It’s the most difficult test ever. And, you know, sometimes those tests come from stupidity. But it’s how you handle it, and how you decide to move forward from it. I applaud my wife for just displaying a high level of strength that I can’t even explain. I applaud her for being my backbone, my support system, and more importantly, taking my life to the next level.”

Fortunately for the Harts, their relationship has been able to make a full recovery. Eniko recently announced that they’re expecting their second child – a baby girl.
