Snoop Dogg Apologizes To His Wife.. Say’s He’s ‘Ashamed’ For Messing With A ‘Lame B****’

Rapper Snoop Dogg ( real name Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr.) appears to be apologizing to his wife Shante Broadus of 23 years for his past infidelity issues. The pair share three children together. The 49-year-old artist has apologized to his wife publicly before, but this time it was seemingly through a feature on Problem’s remix for “Don’t Be Mad At Me” featuring Freddie Gibbs. On the remix, Snoop Dogg raps:

“I’m tired of sayin’ sorry for the same shit/Damn near lost my queen, fucking ’round with that lame bitch (What? What? What?)/Ashamed of myself ’cause I shamed you/Good or bad, right or wrong, we always bang through/The BS or we went out the ES/You wanna buy the mall, I’ma let her no PS/Cars, purses (What?), diamonds, VS/Real ghetto love (Ayy), two steppin’ at the GS (Come on).”

He also professed his love for his wife:

“You’re thicky thick, go and shake it for me baby (Baby)/Picture perfect, let me take it for you baby (Baby)/No cap, I ain’t shit without you/And I put that on my momma, I’d die for you baby boo.”

Through a press release, Problem revealed why he was excited that Snoop Dogg agreed to be on the remix.

He stated:

“I want this song to help couples get through these tough quarantine times together.Don’t sweat the small stuff. Being the bigger person is the key. The song was actually recorded as a real apology. I was wrong about something we had a small argument about and instead of just saying sorry, I went and did the song and sent it to her. It worked lol.”

Snoop Dogg met Shantel in high school. The two wed in 1997.

We previously reported that Snoop Dogg was allegedly caught sliding into the DM’s of Instagram personality, Celina Powell. She shared several screenshots of alleged conversations between her and the rapper, revealing video/text message of incomplete conversations, pictures, and locations shared between the two. In one of the videos, Celina Powell is heard saying:

Sorry, like I’m in the middle of getting ready right now.

He responded:

Alright, do your thing, I’m not ready no way, so I’ll hit when I am ready.

Two years later (2020), Snoop Dogg was called out by Celina Powell and rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine for allegedly cheating on his wife. After a brief exchange on social media, Tekashi 6ix9ine made it personal when he posted a compelling video to prove that Snoop has cheated on his wife, Shantel.

The first clip shows a man that appears to be Snoop with a woman walking around the house.  The second clip features a woman on FaceTime with Snoop arranging plans to meet up later that evening.

Powell added to Tekashi 6ix9ine claims by posting a different video of Snoop allegedly Facetiming her.

Along with the video, Powell captioned:

“@snoopdogg I’m not interested in teaming up with you against @6ix9ine, stop calling me askin why I’m egging him on … And showing me your dog @juelzbroadus so I don’t screenshot you, was a rookie mistake.. you know I stay with two phones ? #TEAM6IX9INE“
