After more than 30 accusers have come forth claiming to have been sexually assaulted by actor Cuba Gooding, Jr. – the actor’s defense team is taking drastic measures to ensure his innocence. Cuba Gooding, Jr. recently appeared in court with his legal aides to discuss future witnessing probing for his upcoming sexual assault trial. One of the more bizarre requests from Peter Toumbekis – one of Cuba’s lawyers – to Judge Curtis Farber was to use the accuser’s insecurity about her breast size in questioning, according to Vulture. The conversation went as followed:
“Judge Curtis Farber: Do you intend to ask the witness what she feels about the size of her breasts?
Peter Toumbekis: I do.
Assistant District Attorney Jenna Long: That is simply offensive.”

“Judge Farber: Tell me the connection between the size of her breasts and the relevance at trial.
Peter: It’s one plus two equals three.
Judge Farber: Spell it out.
Peter: She actually talks about the fact that she’s self-conscious about her breast size.”
Another noted detail of the legal meeting was Cuba Gooding, Jr.’s attire. He donned a black mask, later unveiling that the inside of the mask read, “Black Lives Matter.”
