Wendy Williams Tells Fans ‘You’re A Tough Crowd’ As She Addresses Concerning Behavior
Wendy Williams is opening up after fans expressed concerns over her demeanor on her daytime talk show.
Wendy Williams has taken to her show to speak on it. She said Monday (Oct. 26th):
“I always say I love you for watching because I really, really do. You know, I come here every day and I try to do the best that I can for you. I appreciate you watching, but it’s, you know, even after all of these years, it’s still work. You know, an effort put in for the hour that I’m out here with you.”
She added that she’s not perfect and said:
“But I do appreciate you putting in the effort to watch us and I…I love entertaining you, you know? It’s not easy. It is not easy. You’re a tough crowd.”
As previously reported, fans took to social media after Wendy Williams appeared to be out of sorts during her show.
In my Marvin Gaye voice, what's going on? My ex, a confirmed addict, new immediately when @WendyWilliams was off the wagon last year… just saying, something in the milk ain't clean. This was hard to watch. #Awkward #wendyshow #WendyWilliams pic.twitter.com/cD2ut9Bwd2

Her former DJ, DJ Boof, who was replaced with DJ Suss last month, also spoke on speculation that Wendy Williams is allegedly abusing drugs.
He replied to a comment from one fan who said Wendy Williams needs rehab and wrote:
” Yup exactly and it will all come out.. Ya’ll have no idea what’s really going on and everyone there is afraid to speak up because they don’t wanna lose their jobs.. this is going to play out bad.. I feel sorry for the workers and victims. Have a blessed day.”
